Refund Policy

We want every client to be confident in engaging TaxCareHub. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Before work begins

If you cancel an engagement before we have started any filing work or document preparation, you are eligible for a full refund of professional fees paid, minus any payment gateway charges.

After work has started

Once we have begun preparing filings, drafting documents, or have submitted any part of your registration/return, fees for the work completed are non-refundable. Any remaining, unstarted portion of a package may be refunded on request.

Government and statutory fees

Government fees, stamp duty, and other statutory charges paid on your behalf to government portals are non-refundable once submitted, as these are paid directly to the relevant authority.

Subscription plans (Growth / Enterprise)

Monthly or annual plan fees already billed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel future billing cycles at any time by notifying us in writing before the next renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email info@taxcarehub.com with your engagement details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
