These terms govern your use of the TaxCareHub website and engagement of our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

TaxCareHub provides business registration, tax filing, ROC compliance, GST compliance, and accounting/bookkeeping advisory services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are confirmed separately in writing (email or service agreement) before work begins.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely documents and information required for filings
• Review and approve filings before submission where confirmation is requested
• Inform us promptly of any changes to business structure, address, or ownership that affect compliance

Fees and payment

Service fees are as quoted at the time of engagement or as listed on our Pricing page. Government/statutory fees (ROC fees, stamp duty, etc.) are charged separately at actuals. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

While we take every reasonable step to ensure accurate and timely filings, TaxCareHub is not liable for penalties arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, or delays caused by government portals or authorities beyond our control.

Confidentiality

We treat all client financial and business information as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering the engaged services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
